Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 30, 2026Last updated: October 13, 2026

01About these terms

These Terms and Conditions describe the use of the Crestwyn Routine website and the general basis on which AI workflow consulting and operational support services may be discussed and provided. They apply to business visitors and prospective clients unless a signed agreement or written scope contains more specific terms for an engagement.

Using the website does not purchase a service. Preparing an on-screen request does not establish a contract, reserve a start date, authorize a payment, or constitute acceptance of a proposal. An engagement begins only when the relevant parties confirm the service, scope, fees, and arrangements in writing.

02Nature of the services

Crestwyn Routine helps businesses organize routine tasks, improve information handling, develop workflow guidance, and identify practical uses of AI tools. Services are consulting and operational support activities. They may result in a process outline, recommendations, an AI workflow plan, instructions, checklists, or a task coordination framework.

A planning package does not automatically include custom software development, installation of applications, live-system administration, hands-on integrations, or ongoing operation of a client’s tools. Those activities would require a separate written scope. We do not represent that recommendations are legal, tax, accounting, medical, or regulated professional advice.

03Listed packages and fees

The website lists Workflow Assessment at $450 per project, AI Workflow Planning at $750 per project, Operations Documentation at $350 per document package, Task Coordination Framework at $550 per project, and Workflow Review & Improvement at $350 per monthly package. All amounts are stated in US dollars for the described package scope.

The listed assessment and coordination packages focus on an agreed workflow. The documentation package covers up to three agreed process documents and one consolidated round of revisions. The monthly package covers one agreed workflow review in the relevant monthly period. Additional workflows, documents, meetings, or material scope changes may require a separate quote. Third-party subscriptions and licenses are not included.

04Scope confirmation

Before work starts, the written scope should identify the process or task, relevant inputs, expected deliverables, responsibilities, review arrangements, fees, and any important dependencies. A client should raise unclear requirements before approving the scope. Work that is not described should not be assumed to be included.

A quote is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. If the task changes, information proves materially incomplete, or additional requirements become necessary, the parties should confirm the change and any effect on fees or timing before additional work proceeds.

05Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for supplying accurate and reasonably complete information, identifying an authorized contact, providing the agreed materials, and obtaining any permission needed to share documents or information. The client should review recommendations in the context of its own business and make the final decision about their use.

Do not supply credentials, access tokens, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive records through a general enquiry. The client remains responsible for its systems, employee permissions, data quality, operational decisions, and the legal obligations of its business. A workflow recommendation does not transfer those responsibilities.

06Timing and dependencies

A service schedule is confirmed for the particular engagement. The website does not promise a universal delivery time. Relevant factors can include the complexity of the process, the quality of the inputs, availability of the client contact, and the number of reviews required.

If a client delays providing agreed inputs or feedback, the work schedule may need to change. The parties should communicate about a material delay. A proposed date should not be interpreted as a guarantee of an operational result or as permission to use an unreviewed deliverable.

07Review and revisions

The scope should state how drafts or recommendations will be reviewed. A revision addresses feedback on the agreed deliverable; it does not automatically extend the service to a different workflow or a new set of requirements. Consolidated feedback is preferable so that changes can be considered together.

If the client believes a deliverable does not reflect the agreed scope, it should identify the issue with enough detail for it to be assessed. Any applicable correction or additional work should be agreed in light of the scope, the information supplied, and the nature of the concern.

08AI-assisted work and third-party tools

AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable outputs. A proposed AI workflow should include appropriate human review and consideration of the information being processed. The client should not rely on an AI-generated draft as the sole basis for a significant decision without suitable checking.

Third-party tools operate under their own terms, prices, licenses, availability, and data-handling practices. Crestwyn Routine does not own or control those providers merely because a tool is discussed in a plan. A tool recommendation is not a guarantee of performance, compatibility, confidentiality settings, or continued availability.

09Confidentiality and information handling

Information supplied for an engagement should be used for its agreed purpose and handled with reasonable care. The parties should identify any special confidentiality requirements before transfer, including restricted information, prohibited tools, or access limitations. A separate confidentiality agreement can address requirements beyond the general service scope.

Information that is public, already lawfully known, independently developed, or received lawfully without confidentiality restrictions may be treated differently from confidential client material. Disclosure required by law or a valid legal process may also be necessary. Information about personal data is addressed separately in the Privacy Policy.

10Ownership and permitted use

Clients retain their rights in materials they provide. Crestwyn Routine retains rights in its pre-existing methods, general templates, tools, and know-how unless a written agreement states otherwise. The ownership or license arrangements for a specific deliverable should be stated in the engagement terms.

Unless separately agreed, a paid deliverable may be used by the client internally for the agreed business purpose. This does not automatically transfer ownership of a third-party tool, give rights to redistribute proprietary template material commercially, or grant a license beyond what the relevant rights holder permits.

11Payment arrangements

Payment terms are confirmed in the written proposal, engagement, or invoice. The website request interface does not collect payment information or process a transaction. Do not send payment-card data through the description field or treat a generated reference code as a payment receipt.

Taxes, reimbursable costs, deposits, milestone payments, and payment due dates, if relevant, should be set out in the written arrangements. Additional charges require an agreed basis. If a payment question or discrepancy arises, contact us promptly with the relevant invoice or engagement details.

12Monthly reviews and renewals

The monthly review package covers the agreed review work for a defined monthly period. The start date, scope, review schedule, and any renewal arrangement should be confirmed in writing. Displaying a monthly price on the website does not enroll a visitor in automatic billing.

A renewal, change, pause, or cancellation should be handled according to the written engagement and the Cancellation and Complaints Policy. An on-screen brief does not activate a subscription or provide consent for recurring charges.

13Cancellation and complaints

A client should communicate a cancellation or complaint using the contact details below and identify the engagement concerned. The Cancellation and Complaints Policy explains the general approach to unstarted work, completed work, monthly periods, and handling concerns.

Nothing in the website policies removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. A project-specific agreement may provide more detailed arrangements, but it should not be interpreted to override mandatory protections that apply to the client or transaction.

14Acceptable website use

Use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or other visitors. Do not submit harmful code, misleading identity information, content you have no right to disclose, or abusive material. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the store, hosting services, or another person’s information.

Copying website content for an unrelated commercial purpose or misrepresenting a relationship with Crestwyn Routine can create misleading impressions. Use of the website materials remains subject to the rights of their owners and the permitted purposes described in these terms.

15Accuracy and operational outcomes

Website information is intended to explain the available service categories and current proposed package scope. An engagement-specific agreement is the appropriate place to confirm the work that will be done. Errors or outdated details should be raised before a decision is made based on them.

Recommendations cannot guarantee a particular amount of saved time, revenue, efficiency, or other commercial result. Outcomes depend on factors including client implementation, inputs, personnel, tools, and changing business requirements. The site does not publish invented performance metrics or claim a long operating history.

16Limits, disputes, and applicable law

Any contractual allocation of liability should be set out in the agreed engagement and interpreted subject to applicable law. These website terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a mandatory right applies, it remains in place.

The parties should first attempt to clarify an issue through direct communication. Subject to mandatory protections and any valid engagement-specific agreement, Kentucky law is the intended governing law for these general terms. The appropriate forum and procedure for a dispute depend on the agreement, the facts, and applicable law.

17Changes and contact

Updated terms may apply to future website use or new engagements from the stated update date. A website change does not automatically rewrite the price or scope of an already agreed project. Material engagement changes should be confirmed between the relevant parties.
